What is the difference between standard and AI extractions?

Standard extractions use patterns to identify intelligence in text. AI extractions use a specially trained cyber security model to detect TTPs being discussed in post and identify the relationships between the extracted data.

Do you integrate with product X,Y,Z?

Many security tools now support the STIX 2.1 data format natively (which is how all data is stored). You can poll this data from remote tools using the integrated TAXII Server.
